Our applicant selection criteria will be tightly controlled in order to comply with our humanitarian mandate. First preference will be given to all Sovereign Trust members who are being harassed and being threatened foreclosure of their homes by financial institutions such as banks, credit unions, mortgage and other finance companies.

We at Sovereign Trust do not believe that banks and governments have more rights than human beings in a free and democratic society and therefore these corporations have no right to seize your homes and to eject you and your loved ones into the streets for non-payment of debts created out of nothing by these corporations.

It is your signature on a piece of paper that created the funds that were then 'loaned' to you. Your signature on that piece of paper is what keeps you in bondage as a debt slave even when the truth is, there is really no debt owed by you because the banks never loaned you any money of their own. But because of the legal system, their lawyers and their judges are often in collusion with each other against the people, winning in their corrupt courts has always been a problem for the people.

Thus, Sovereign Trust is embarking on a new way to defeat our oppressors by creating our own banks that are dedicated to helping the people, not taking advantage of them and making their lives miserable. Our banks are debt-free and therefore we can do whatever we want with the money we can generate out of thin air. The Sovereign Trust exclusive Mortgage-Rescue® Program is simple. The best way to eliminate debt is to pay it. This is simply what our Mortgage-Rescue® Program is all about. We simply pay your debt, simple as that; the KISS principle we always hear about.

In order to better understand how the Mortgage-Rescue® Program works, let's take a hypothetical scenario which may even be a parallel situation to yours: in this act, let us pretend that your home which is appraised to have a market value of say, $1,000,000.00 or simply, $1M. You owe Magic Bank $800K for first and or second mortgage, your equity if any is $200K. Sovereign Trust comes to the rescue with our Mortgage-Rescue® Program. Sovereign Trust writes a check/cheque payable to Magic Bank to transfer the mortgage over to Sovereign Trust; you also receive a check/cheque in the amount of $200K as payment or equity buyout in your name which you can use for whatever purpose you like. The subject property will then be conveyed or deeded to Sovereign Trust which will then be held in trust by Sovereign Trust on behalf of the Sovereign. The result of this Mortgage-Rescue® process is that you have just seen for yourself how a true banking system must function if the bank operates in truth (as opposed to pure deception) that the bank is there to help you.

The Mortgage-Rescue® Program above would have resulted in the following:

1. Your mortgage is now held by Sovereign Trust and therefore you are not required to pay Sovereign Trust any mortgage payments ever, yes, until the day you die, yet you get to live in the property forever. The contract can be transferred or deeded to anyone you choose.

2. The only payments you will be required is your gas, electric, telephone and other miscellaneous consumer bills registered in your name.

3. No property tax payments, Sovereign Trust will even take care of this nuisance.

Too good to be true?

Most of the banking people we talked to said this cannot be done. But there is nothing impossible to the Sovereign God who intended that this is the way it ought to be done. Sovereign Trust is simply trusting in the Sovereign. We are doing it because the Sovereign gave us the power to do so.

Free and clear of all encumbrances, the same way our Sovereign God delivered us into this world debt-free. Money belongs to us because the Sovereign gave us the power and the authority to become fruitful and to replenish the earth. FAQ

What happens to my equity after I transfer or deed the property over to Sovereign Trust?

Ans: You will receive whatever dollar amount is due to you by way of Certified Check/Cheque payable to any name you prefer such as yourself, your bank, your relatives, your corporation/persona. You can do whatever you like with that 'money', such as spend it, invest it, donate it to charity, what you do with the 'money' is entirely up to you. Our mandate is to set you free, so go do whatever you want.

What happens if we decide not to convey or deed the property over to Sovereign Trust?

Ans: For one thing, your application would not even reach this stage because you will be rejected right off the bat. This is because you don't get it. Our Mortgage-Rescue® program is designed to set you free, not to use you as merchandise that we can buy and sell or lease and charge fees and interest to you. Owning anything is owning liability. Everything we own becomes our liability. The Mortgage-Rescue® program cannot work if you only want to accept partial freedom. Either you accept the gift 100% or don't take anything; all or nothing at all. When Sovereign Trust assumes your debt, Sovereign Trust pays cash for it. This has the effect of Sovereign Trust becoming your new lawful creditor because the Trust paid your debt, you have been redeemed by Sovereign Trust and you must now pay Sovereign Trust as your new creditor. Your position still hasn't changed, you are still a debtor and as a debtor you still owe Sovereign Trust. Such a situation does not set anyone free. Because even in such a situation, even if Sovereign Trust does not wish to get paid, you are still required to pay property tax and other related taxes because your name is still listed in their registry as the "registered owner" or the one who accepts all the liability and therefore you as the "registered owner" must still pay these taxes. This is the only reason why Sovereign Trust wants its name as "registered owner" of the property. A free man or woman does not have to pay taxes to anyone especially when we know and we believe that we are Children of the Sovereign God. With our Mortgage-Rescue® program, we simply give everything back to our Sovereign God; let the authorities figure out how to tax our Sovereign.

What if we decide to sell the property?

Ans: You cannot sell the property once you convey the property to Sovereign Trust. You cannot sell what is not yours. You can only stay in the property as a caretaker or an employee of Sovereign Trust and as such you will be afforded the privilege to reside in a property that belongs to all of us. You do not have to pay Sovereign Trust for the privilege of residing in the property for as long as you like. If you decide to stay in the property for life, you are welcome to do so. You may deed your contract or your privilege to reside in the property to anyone you chose, subject to approval by Sovereign Trust, such as your children, family, friends, etc.

As a resident and partaker of the benefits from our Sovereign, you are a living testimony of His goodness. Sovereign Trust will even pay you up to $1,500.00 per new member you successfully introduced to Sovereign Trust. What happens if situation demands that we have to move from the first property to a different place, what happens to our entitlements?

Ans: Under normal circumstances, you must reside in the property for a minimum of three years, however, this rule is not cast in stone that we cannot make arrangements so that your entitlement can move with you no matter where you go. For example, if you now reside in a home provided to you by Sovereign Trust in Toronto, your situation requires that you have to move to Los Angeles, we will find a suitable member on the waiting list to take over your residence as soon as we find another suitable place for you in L.A. Once you have established yourself as an honorable member of Sovereign Trust, your benefits will follow you wherever you go.

How many times can we take advantage of the Mortgage-Rescue® program?

Ans: Only once. There is only one of you. You can only reside in one house. If you are thinking of becoming a landlord or a person who buys and holds properties for rental purposes, the Mortgage-Rescue® program does not apply to you so please don't waste our time. Your application will be carefully screened and rejected accordingly. Only those who "own" only one house will be considered. Sovereign Trust believes that every head of household must have a roof over his/her family. Sovereign Trust does not condone feudalism where properties are owned by the few who have so they can rent these properties to those have not.

What if I "own" more than one property now, does that disqualify me from participating in the Mortgage-Rescue® program?

Ans: Having more than one property now does not disqualify anyone from the Mortgage-Rescue® program. We can still place your primary residence in the program if you are having difficulty in making your mortgage payments. However, in order to maintain qualification, you must sign an undertaking that you must sell the other properties within 3 years. You may sell or deed/convey your other properties to anyone you choose, you do not necessarily have to sell your property to Sovereign Trust but this is an option that is open for you to consider. Once you have been successfully chosen to become one of our Custodians", you really no longer need to continue punishing yourself by staying as "landlord" because the truth is that you are really not a landlord because you really do not own any land. This is only a deceitful title which only makes you just another debt collector working for their system, you pay the mortgage, you pay all the taxes, the operating expenses, and most likely, you may be making 10% out of every dollar you collect from your tenants - if they pay at all, which may not be the case sometimes. Why bother with all these headaches when all you need to do to make money is talk to people, spread the good news, we pay you cash for each new member you bring in for funding by Sovereign Trust.

Is there a limit to the price or value of the property Sovereign Trust will accept for the Mortgage-Rescue® program?

Ans: Presently, Sovereign Trust has set the ceiling at $1 Million appraised value per residential property, plus or minus 10%. However, due to the continuing demise of the "dollar", we expect to see property values go up as the dollar goes down in value. Property value does not really go up or down, it is the value or spending power of the dollar that sets the price of everything, including houses.

Farm properties however have no such limits, all farm applications subject to board approval. The farm must be a producing farm such as those that raise chicken, cattle, crops, etc. Hobby farms may be considered based on their potentials.


Other than payment of processing fee, are there any other requirements to enter our names in the Mortgage-Rescue® program?

Ans: The number one prerequisite requirement is that you believe in the Sovereign God. Sovereign Trust is an organization that believes in the Sovereign Being. We also believe that the Sovereign is not found in any one single religion and that the Sovereign is in all of us as we are all His Children, we are all His people. Sovereign Trust therefore is an organization of men and women of all races trusting in the Sovereign. It makes no difference to Sovereign Trust whether you are Catholic, Protestant, Hindu, Sikh, Jewish or Muslim. We are all created by the One Sovereign Being. This is what Sovereign Trust is all about.

How does Sovereign Trust make a profit on all these schemes?

Ans: First of all, Sovereign Trust is not a corporation for profit. Sovereign Trust is a non-profit organization and therefore the word "profit" has no significance to us. We are not here to make a profit out of the misfortunes or ignorance of mankind. We are not here to take advantage of people's labor.
